Official all-inclusive packages

Price per person, 17 to 28 November 2026 (11 nights), full board.

* Suites are limited, subject to availability and allocated in order of confirmed payment.

Included: open-buffet meals, Wi-Fi, airport reception, official transfers from Maiquetía and organisational assistance.

• 17 November: lunch and dinner.
• 18–27 November: breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• 28 November: breakfast.

Rooms are allocated by the Organizing Committee according to registration and hotel availability; the roommate indicated at registration is taken into account where possible.

Invited players

The Open and Girls players officially invited by each federation receive free accommodation in a double room for 11 nights with full board, from lunch on 17 November to breakfast on 28 November. If they prefer a suite, the Organizers still cover the value of the double room and they pay only the difference (€135 per night, €1,485 for the 11 nights), subject to availability.

Meals

• Open buffet during set meal times, coordinated with the playing schedule.
• On double-round days (21 and 24 November), breakfast is available before the 10:00 round, lunch between rounds and dinner after the 17:00 round.
• Special diets (vegetarian, vegan, no pork…) and allergies are entered per person on the registration portal.

Payments and bookings

• 50% advance by 30 October 2026; the rest before arrival.
• Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received and verified. No direct payments to the hotel are accepted.

Second hotel: Hotel Tamanaco

In addition to the Eurobuilding, the Championship has a second hotel, the Hotel Tamanaco (Caracas). Package per person for the whole tournament, in a double room:

Round-trip transfer included (Hotel ⇆ Playing Hall ⇆ Hotel). The competition venue, the Eurobuilding (main hotel), is just 5 minutes away.
