Delegation registration
Registration for the FIDE World Junior U20 Championships 2026 (Open and Girls), Caracas, 17–28 November 2026. Inscripción de delegaciones del Mundial Sub-20 2026.
How to register
The Organizing Committee sends each national federation a private link to register its delegation online: players, coaches, officials and accompanying persons, with photos, passport copies and flights. No password is needed.
If your federation has not received its link, or already sent the PDF form by e-mail, write to [email protected] and we will send it.
Already have your link?
Open it to add or edit members and send your registration for review. Keep it private: anyone with the link can edit your registration.
Lost your link? Request a new one: it is sent to the Head of Delegation's e-mail and the previous link stops working.
Registered federations →What you will need
- For each person: full name as in the passport, FIDE ID (players), date of birth, passport number and expiry, contact, room type and flights.
- A recent accreditation photo and a copy of the passport data page (JPG, PNG or PDF).
- Deadlines: registration and visa support requests by 30 October 2026 (extended by FIDE in agreement with the Organizing Committee; previously 16 October); fees and 50% of accommodation also by 30 October 2026. See the official regulations (PDF).
Your data is used only to organize the championship (accreditation, accommodation, transfers, visa support) and is deleted after the event.
